Our lives are a reflection of our decisions, and actions we’ve made in the past. If you’re looking to improve your lifestyle and career, you need to start with the goals you’ve established for yourself. 

Today, we’re going to discuss the importance of goal setting and how to create a vision statement that aligns with your priorities so you accomplish your goals. 

There are 6 key elements to a balanced life. Neglecting any ONE of these six will lead to friction within your lifestyle. Take responsibility and decide where do you want to be in these areas:

  1. Faith

  2. Finance 

  3. Career

  4. Health

  5. Relationships

  6. Hobbies

To help you along your journey, I created a template called the Perfect Year that’ll help you organize and track the progress of your goals. It is broken into 5 categories: The Perfect Day, The Perfect Week, The Perfect Month, The Perfect Quarter, and The Perfect Year. You will miss goals, that’s okay. The purpose of this template is to help you improve your focus. At the beginning of every year, we set goals and never go back and look at them. Or we’ll make goals that are vague and general, and lack the action steps and plans to achieve anything. This is why most goals fail.
