How to Live a Purpose-Driven Life

Entering the real world or "adulting" is one of the most jarring life experiences a Millennial can face. In fact, 1 in 2 recent college graduates said they lost themselves after college.

College is a unique time – it’s the end of a cycle. Meaning, you go from elementary school to middle school and then from high school to college. After that, it is up to you to create your next journey. For me, that was scary. I didn’t know who I was outside the classroom. I didn’t know what other ways to seek validation outside of an A to F scale. I too, was lost after college.

One of the best ways to find yourself is to find your purpose. And you can find your purpose by hearing stories from those who have their purpose somewhat figured out (spoiler alert: no one has it all the way figured out!)

Juanita Ingram, a purpose-driven expert, understands her purpose so much so that she is able to juggle three. Juanita is an actress, author and attorney. When asked how she does it all at once, she says “it’s important to focus on balancing your priorities.”

She also shares that in order to not only live but exceed in your purpose you must have forward or “FWD” thinking.

In a world where quantity is valued more than quality, Juanita believes that “excellence is an internal driver. Unfortunately, we sometimes don’t evaluate quality. We mistake busyness for productivity,” says Juanita.

Are you looking to find your purpose? Maybe you want to understand how to be more productive with living your purpose. Listen here for more.
